Hof Kelsten is a new style Jewish bakery with a bright and cool stripped down decor. They have great bread, pastries and serve good coffee. They also do lunch/brunch that are worth trying.

BEST. BAKERY. IN. TOWN. Hands down. He supplies all the major high end restaurants with their bread, and they smoke their own salmon. You must try my all time favorite sandwich, the Gravalax.
