On Friday grab a drink from the Marriott beach bar and enjoy one of the best spots to catch the Cayman sunset while listening to some live music. If you're feeling hungry you can eat at the beach bar, or choose to splurge and sit on the veranda and enjoy the restaurant. Insider tip - you must order the 7 mile chocolate cake! It's to die for!

Anchor & Den (Marriott) – brunch in Cayman is quite a tradition and here offers a long one on a Sunday with great food, champagne and cocktails. Well worth a treat and less expensive than the Ritz Carlton (which is also superb!)

Anchor & Den happy hour on Friday nights with DJ 6pm-10pm, great drinks and food with different themed nights in the week and possibly best brunch on island.

Very random but one of my favorite places. Lobby bar in the Marriott Hotel that's always buzzing, great on a Friday nights to grab some snacks before heading out. Delicious hand crafted drinks, DJ in the lobby, great atmosphere. Appetizer menu is really good as well and they have a great salted caramel dessert with chocolate shell.
