Fantastic museum with a lot of material to understand the history of Singaporeans of Chinese descent. The Chinese immigrants have influenced the history of south east Asia since more than 4 centuries.

A much richer collection of all things related to the Peranakan culture, visit the Peranakan Museum. Be blown away by the intricate artefacts and stories of the community. For a taste of Peranakan food, you could check out True Blue Cuisine along the same stretch of shophouses next to the museum.
