Over the last decade, the team at Lawrence has learned how to make bread and charcuterie and coffee, write menus and wine lists, cultivate relationships with responsible and respectful farmers, cut meat properly, play an active part in their community, track down the best vegetables and fish in the city, bake pies and cakes and scones, run a business, and make people feel happy in their spaces. All that is what makes Lawrence what it is today.
Creative, thoughtful and honest cooking alongside a properly curated beer and wine list, in an elegant but informal setting. They also are the owners of the Larrys’ a scaled-down casual café/bistro just beside at 9 Fairmont street.
A bit high end but they're open for lunch on Thurdays and Fridays (it's cheaper!!) and they make one of the best burgers in MTL.
