When you catch a bus at Logan, their first stop is often South Station. If you are traveling on by bus after Nantucket, you will catch your next bus there. We usually use Peter Pan Bus Lines to get to Hyannis and the ferries. Their app is easy to use and buses run all the time. Always keep in mind the ferry schedule at the other end; in the summer ferries run often, but not all night. Buy your ticket from Logan to Hyannis ($24ish). The link goes to Peter Pan, but Plymouth-Brockton is just as good and the bus lines' schedules are staggered.
