Lovely local pub, hot tub great, large garden, big beds and great shower. Very dusty and needed a good de-webbing!

Had a fantastic stay in Butleigh. Maxine is an amazing host, very welcoming and friendly.

We loved the accommodation and used the pool and hot tub frequently. The garden is also really large and well maintained so we played lot's of ball games during the day.

We really wish we had another week there!

Really nice location and the annexe was brilliant. The hot tub and pool were well used with the nice weather and Maxine was incredibly helpful and lovely whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Excellent communication and everything was as described. We’re hoping to stay again soon

We had a lovely stay at Maxine’s place. Beautiful building and peaceful stay.

Unfortunately we had come during a heatwave and the building was far too hot even with all the doors open as the front is completely glass, it was a very uncomfortable night but we were thankful for the fan!

We didn’t realise when we booked we only had an hour in the pool per nights stay and could only use the hot tub until 10pm. We were looking forward to enjoying a cool summer evening in the hot tub whilst our baby was sleeping but this wasn’t really possible. Time limits really make your stay feel quite limited. This should really be clearly stated on the booking page before you book. The security camera overlooking the hot tub did make us feel uncomfortable too.
