One of the best dirty chai lattes I've had in Portland. If you head west over the big blue snake (Willamette River), you should definitely grab one!

My favorite coffee shop...and it's across the street from my building. It's an original Portland coffee shop; and the only one around...it's not a chain. Great atmosphere!
