AB-40, Kananaskis, AB. Open Mon - Fri 8:15am - 4:30pm. The park is in Kananaskis Country about 90 kilometres west of Calgary, along the Kananaskis Trail. The park is named after Peter Lougheed who served as premier of Alberta from 1971 to 1985. Great hiking camping, biking and you don't need a DAY PASS. Approx 2hrs 15mins, 200kms Northwest.
