A wonderful beach for swimming and walking along the shore. Low tide lets you explore the rocks and rockpools. Surrounded by many walking tracks around the coast and in the forest.

Long bay is only a 5 min drive from Greenhills Rest. It offers a wonderful beach to walk along or swim in the crystal clear waters. Take a walk around to Tucks Bay and onto the Kauri Grove track and marvel at the native Kauri at different stages of growth. Please ask me for more information on each walk, and if you want, I can take you on a guided tour.
