A brilliant day trip for the family Please note the lighthouse is having some restoration from September 2021 so not everything is open.

About an hours drive but well worth a visit. A windy spot so take extra clothing! Walk out to see the lighthouse and out onto the platform where you can experience where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet - brilliant! Nice little gift shop and cafe.

You can pre-book Lighthouse tours via my website, Google "Novak's Place Augusta" or novaksplace .com .au TIP !! : Park at the Waterwheel on the right before you get to the lighthouse, walk across the sand and climb up the big rock where you will get some great photos of the coast with the Lighthouse in the background.
