900 year old fortified castle - open to the public on certain days times. Beautiful grounds and venue for various events/plays/concerts etc.

Berkeley Castle and the Edward Jenner museum next door is steeped in history with the Berkeley family having lived there for over 900 years. Kind Edward 11 was said to have been murdered here, now at rest in Gloucester cathedral....where much of Harry Potter was filmed..see the dining room and corridors of Hogwarts!
