Another rooftop bar during the summer months. All you can drink for 2500 yen p/p (includes a small plate of delicious canapes). For the rest of the year it operates a great brasserie style restaurant on the ground floor. Offers a great afternoon tea with lovely pastries and cakes. Small bar inside the front door does authentic 1920's style cocktails. Very friendly and professional staff. Housed in a 1920's style art deco building, it's definately worth a look if you are into architecture.

Please get on a bus 17 or 205 from Kojin-Guchi, off at Shiyakusho-Mae (3 minutes ride). Renovated the Showa Style building, slightly pricy but worth a visit.
