On a clear day its worth driving up to the top of North Brother Mountain, the views are amazing all the way up the coast and also on the other side down to Crowdy Head national park

Dooragan National Park near Laurieton features excellent trails and walks suiting all levels of fitness, possibilities for picnics, and even hang gliding. The scenic views from iconic North Brother summit are breathtaking.

Again, for longer visits or for driving south (or north to the Haven) this is a must-do stop over - unbelievable 40km view north (& similar south) - picnic tables, great to orient yourself to the area
