The best way to get into downtown, a 20 minute ride, with Pilsen and West Loop as great neighborhoods to visit on the way.

$2.25 per ride (after purchasing the $5 Ventra card). To get to it from the apt, turn right onto W Cermak Rd and go 2 blocks until you hit S California Ave. Turn left onto S California Ave and go down one block and you're there! Trains going downtown will say 'Loop.'
