I like to go to Cafe Paris and get me a brunch. There is also a good service and a good atmosphere. A café/bar at Austurvöllur. Great on sunny days to sit outside, grab a drink/light meal.

It's like being in Paris but you are in Reykjavík eating the best meal and with the best happy hour there is around. Come early if there is good weather for a good spot outside in the sun and do some peoplewatching.
