Bayswater Car Rental are the cheapest in town and have offices in the CBD, Subiaco and Freo but NOT at the airport. They offer a no frills service. All the cars are plain white. Freo is the nearest office but is quite small. Order cars in advance especially at Christmas.

Some of the cheapest prices in Perth for car rentals and a decent $98 extra for zero excess insurance. Well worth a look and my go to when needing a car in Perth. BIG PLUS IS THEY HAVE THE DROP OFF CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND $5 SHUTTLE
