Good traditional and regional food. The place is usually packed with locals. They don't do reservations so on weekends it can be hard to get a seat but you can enjoy a drink at the bar while you wait.

Maastricht's most authentic 'eetcafe'! Great atmosphere, nice food and good wines. Last order at 11PM! (other side of the river)

Fantastic restaurant with local cuisine and local guests. You have to try 'Zuurvlees' and 'Fritjes' of you eat meat.

The oldest " Eetcafe" of the Netherlands. Very nice terrace during summer and inside a very pleasant " brown" atmosphere. If you like it: their oysters are not to be missed!! No reservations possible so just give it a try!
