You can't beat Pierre's for brunch! The poached eggs with lobster in tarragon hollandaise served on brioche is my go-to. The French toast and croque madame are also excellent choices. And a mimosa, of course!!

World's best Bouillabasse! Try to score a table upstairs. Its the best scene in the Hamptons.
