On the far side of Sunnyside Resort from the HOA you'll find a marina, with a watersports school and powerboat / jet ski rental shop, as well as stand up paddleboards (SUPs) and kayaks.

Rent boats, paddleboards, kayaks, etc. and only a mile walk or bike ride down the bike trail.
