My dear friend Fil set up this bakery around 8 years ago, she LOVES bread and baking all things lovely. The award winning bakery is embedded into the local community and is part of its beating heart. Worth a visit for tasty treats and a high five from Fil.

Filbert’s bakery is a family owned bakery located in Lancaster city centre. We bake delicious fresh bread every morning along with breakfast goods, cakes and savouries. We use organic flour and all our ingredients are as ethical, fair trade and as local as possible.
