Mad River Glen is a skier's mountain. Old school. Excellent terrain. Great vibe. Famous among expert shredders. Easy to get to from New Haven. Probably not the place to go with a bunch of beginners or young children.

I'm at a bit of a loss for words here, as a snowboarder, I am not allowed to ride here. Mad River Glen has had a staunch, and frankly outdated ban on snowboarding since the 1980s, so I've never been. But all my skier friends seem to like it, eh?
