My favourite noodle thick and chewy Only found in Hoi An/Danang area. A must try when you are here, I had a couple from various restaurants all pretty good. It's a speciality in this area only due to the water they use to make the noodle texture so good. The sauce is also very nice. Enjoy!

As a dish demonstrating the diverse cuisine of Hoi An, the high floor has noodles as big as Japanese soba noodles; Chinese char siu meat; Served with raw vegetables, Vietnamese style chips.
