The German Bakery is within walking distance from Casa Tortugerro and is owned by a German family who have been here for many years. Many of the breads they make are also sold in the local stores. It is a medium priced establishment and is considered a tourist stop while commuting through Nuevo Arenal as it is on the main street. There can be tour buses that stop here. There are signs for many miles for this place as you come to Nuevo Arenal from La Fortuna or Tiliran

This famous place is a popular tourist stop. The prices are high but the flavors of the fresh bread and pastry are irresistible. Good for breakfast and lunch.

Este lugar es perfecto para desayunar y comprar un verdadero pan alemán, también puedes conseguir productos alemanes y tiene un lindo ambiente para desayunar almorzar o trabajar en la computadora con un rico postre al estilo aleman. Este lugar es atendido por Tom su dueño que tiene mas de 25 anos teniendo este lugar!
