This cafe, located on Placencia Rd across from the basketball courts, is a nice stop for fresh ceviche and cold beer at lunch; just sit on the open-air veranda and watch the village life pass ...Ricks Café uses all high end ingredients for its' menu, i.e.: imported olive oils, Italian semolina pastas and all imported cheeses. Yummy pasta!

"Delightful atmosphere right on Placencia's sidewalk. Rick is a welcoming host and the food is delicious. We have frequented Rick's several times trying different dishes. My favorite is the pesto pasta. My husband likes the club sandwich. The pizza and wraps are good too. All good quality food at a reasonable price." Linda Eshleman
