It's only open for weekday lunch, and the line can be long (we've waited an hour), but I have never been disappointed by the fresh pasta here. There are only three dishes a day, and they are always fantastic.

Best pasta in Seattle! Only available Mon-Fri. Get in line before opening by 10:40AM or else the line explodes.

If you're free during lunch and are willing to wait in a line, this place has amazing Italian pasta. The choices are different every day, and when they run out that's it. Employees working in downtown are the typical crowd in the queue outside. Order an appetizer and a pasta, then find any available seat (sometimes with other parties) and wait for the experience.
