It's hard not to love Ristorante Frescobaldi. Tucked away off Regent Street and Savile Row, this incredibly grown-up restaurant, which counts glamorous Italian expats among its regulars, has a gorgeous, Tuscan-style interior. There are handpainted tiled murals and oak-panelled walls alongside a Caravaggio-style Bacchus ceiling, surrounded by bunches of grapes and twinkling fairy lights. Then there's the food! Straight-out-the-oven rosemary crostini or the focaccia of the day, followed by rich rabbit ragù or the creamiest squid-ink risotto. It's run by Italy's oldest and most respected wine dynasty, so of course the wine list is extensive and heroic.
