Nice big patch of grass located on the river, rare to find a nice park in the CBD. Complete with a BBQ area. Gets the afternoon sun, lovely place for a picnic in the sun.

Right at the bottom of our building. Our very own private backyard with swallows in the morning and great napping spots. Also has its own helipad for dramatic helicopter takeoffs!
