EVANSVILLE BREWHOUSE is a small craft brewery and taproom located in the heart of Haynie’s Corner next to the historic Alhambra Theater. The taproom features a rotating lineup of core and seasonal beers brewed on the premises along with several guest beers and hard ciders. Wine and select bourbons also available. Jeff Smith went from being a home brewer to opening up his own micro-brewery in this industrial spot next to the Alhambra Theatre. It's your typical local brewhouse with 8 beers on tap, 5 of his own and 3 guest taps. Not to mention there is usually a cider offering in the mix. My personal favorite is the oatmeal stout. You'll find games to keep the night fun. And every Thursday is their trivia night if you dare to test your skills. And if you like local art, there's quite a bit here to check out. (Mine included, some photos on metal of bourbon country and the theatre next door.)
