Named after a classic drink from the Savoy Cocktail Book, this is a sexy-as-hell bar where you’ll find everyone holding something beautiful. This is where I would send a cocktail novice because they’re masters of the classics. It’s a large bar, so even if it’s packed to the gills on Friday or Saturday, they’re not going to keep you outside. Try the Old Cuban, which is basically a champagne mojito, or the Gin Gin Mule with house-made ginger beer, fresh mint, and lime.
