Hire Sea Kayaks and Paddle Boards. They have great guided trips off Gylly Beach, up the Helford River (the Paddle to the Pub Tour is great), Paddle Board Yoga by the Greenbank Hotel and Coasteering

if you fancy kayaking or going out on a SUP. Gylly Adventure are based at Gylly Beach and at the Greenbank Park. They will be at the Greenbank after 11am. You can hire or go on organised trips.

Hire equipment, kayak tours, paddle board lessons and tours, coasteering, surf lessons. They also do night time tours which look pretty incredible, something on my to do list.
