Great Mexican food. Owner has inspirational story of being in foster care entire life in the US, later found out that he was never naturalized as US citizen and was deported, came to Korea without speaking Korean but knew how to cook Mexican food. They don't take reservations so would call to see how long wait times are. Most of staff speaks English.
