European citizens (EU) needs to show the "EU-card" or proof of a right to it, for the right to pay the same as swedish citizens for, term: "necessary care" (not planned and that can't wait). Otherwise 1800 and 600 SKR for doctor's appointment / treatment. Dial number 1177 for (free/telephone cost) advise from a nurse.
