Interesting Lighthouse way on the west side of the island.

If you feel like driving to the Western tip of the island, you will find Meldrum Bay. Well worth the drive, the lighthouse is perched on some very scenic rocks. Last time I was there we opened the door and walked into the lighthouse to take a look, honour system donations in the box are appreciated. Make sure you pre-book a table to eat at the Meldrum Bay restaurant which is in town, it is a real gem of an inn and restaurant. It's about a 20 minute drive from the Mississagi Lighthouse to the Meldrum Bay Inn restaurant.
