Nice neighborhood park with playground, picnic areas, tennis, basketball, and lots of ducks.

Gorgeous park to take walks or feed ducks or grill out. Has a tennis court, a local public pool, and a volleyball area. Twice a year it hosts the Cottonwood Arts Festival in October and May.
