Great place for a beer. Used to be a brewery, the copper kettles are still to be seen.

In the old city (Oranjeboom, Skol) brewery, a new semi-hipster concept. We - decidedly non-hipster - also felt welcome here. Many beers, informative beer list, the original brewing kettles, attentive staff, (when we were there) a DJ playing a rather varied set (lounge to golden oldies) ... just a few minutes outside the center, but still on 'the right side of the tracks' ;-)

Beers & Barrels is one of my favorite beer and dinner places. Super popular during summer nights and known for it's good food.
