White Spot is a franchise that started in Vancouver and now is all over BC. It is typical more like slightly upper scale diner food. Not my kind of place as the food is quite bland, but good for seniors or families as the food is quite simple.

White Spot Restaurant (Local) – No trip to Vancouver is complete without a trip to White Spot, a legendary British Colombian restaurant chain. The closet one is conveniently located very close to our property Although their menu has a wide variety of choices you can’t dine here with trying their legendary Triple O Burgers. My local pro tips: Adults – order the Legendary Burger Platter with bottomless fries, make sure you ask them to add lettuce and tomato to your burger. Ask for extra pickles on the side (free or charge), trust me they are good. Kids – order the Pirate Pack. Kids love the food and the awesome paper pirate boat the food comes in. There are a variety of choices for a mains and side dishes but my kids love the burger and fries. They also have arguably the best chicken strips in town. Again, order extra pickles on the side, the kids will love them. Don’t forget to get the ice cream at the end, which is included in the meal. Clam Chowder – not only is White Spot known for its burgers it’s also known for its legendary Manhattan style Clam Chowder. Order a bowl or a cup as a starter, I guarantee you will love it. Car Hop – if you really want to have a unique and fun experience I highly recommend you try the car hop. Park in the back-parking lot, put on you hazard lights and a car hop will come out and take your order. They will bring the food out on an elevated tray table which they easily clip into your windows and sites comfortable in front of you. I take all my out of town guest for the car hop experience and they love this unique experience. Breakfast – they have great breakfast options and I love there coffee as well. Chicken Burger – If you want a healthier option than the burger try their chicken burger, it’s the best I’ve ever had, make sure you ask for lettuce and tomatoes.
