Captain Gregory's is the secret bar inside of the Sugar Shack. I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time (they are now on Open Table). The atmosphere is wonderful and while the cocktails are impeccable and pricey, this speakeasy isn't pretentious at all. One of my favorite places to drink in Old Town.

A 7 minute car ride away this speakeasies turns an unsuspecting cafe into a dimly lit hideaway with strong drinks and great energy. Reservation recommended.

A cozy speakeasy we've visited to enjoy the best cocktails in Old Town. Try the Old Fashion made by talented bartenders. Must try their brussel sprouts, yes , brussel sprouts appetizers!

A "secret" speak easy, hidden cocktail bar (space shared with Elizabeth's Counter). Reservations a must. Captain Gregory’s is a small intimate space, and with the intention of creating this environment they now cap reservations at 4 guests (used to hold maybe a bit more, but I'm guessing four is covid-specific) . If you can't get a coveted spot at the bar this visit, plan for it next time.
