one of the only places in jaipur where you get authentic rajasthani vegetarian food! order the thali it has a little of all the rajasthani delicacies. the food is super heavy but worth the local cuisine experience

Laxmi Misthan Bhandar, LMB to you and me, is a vegetarian restaurant in the Old City that’s been going strong since 1954. A welcoming air-conditioned refuge from frenzied Johari Bazaar, LMB is also an institution with its singular decor, attentive waiters and extensive sweet counter. Now it is no longer sattvik (pure vegetarian), you can order meals with onion and garlic. Popular with both local and international tourists, try the Rajasthan thali (₹614) followed by the signature kulfa (₹137, a sweet concoction with dry fruits and saffron). Our heritage home in Jaipur is located within 09 minutes’ drive by tuk-tuk / taxi to from LMB.
