Why not having some traditional food and drinks while listening to traditional Chilean music? And perhaps dance a bit of 'Cueca'?

Very typically chilean. You can eat "chorrillana" and drink "earthquake" here. Very humble, very recommended. Be careful of the surroundings though, it's a popular neighborhood.
