I usually go to Dragon Palace for Yum Cha/Dim Sum. Not this particular one in Northbridge one, but the ones out in the suburbs.

Everywhere has to have a classic Chinese Yum char restaurant. Here the food is brought to you and you chose with your eyes. A great experience for those new to Asain food.

Chinese Yum Cha / Dim Sum lunch. Expect to queue on Saturday and Sunday if you arrive after 11am.

Dim sum restaurant with trolleys, a little bit brusque in terms of attitudes from the staff but that's part of the charm, I suppose...
