A few minutes along the cycle path towards totnes,a collection of shops,a lovely pottery workshop with wheels that you can use,stained glass making workshop,the famous cranks vegetarian restaurant.

A great collection of interesting shops and cafes, perfect if you're looking for a gift. There is also a nice walk to Dartington Hall from here.
