Which is why this tour is perfect for you, as it provides you with the balance needed to leave you feeling invigorated both mentally and physically.For those who may not know, Bikram yoga uses the tourniquet effect by compressing every muscle, joint, organ and major glad in the body. Once you release these areas, your body shall be flushed with oxygenated blood. And if you're not convinced, Bikram yoga's 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises has been scientifically proven to work every part of your body, so as to allow your mind to operate at its maximum capacity.You can be well assured that your teachers are certified trainers. All Bikram classes are practiced in a 38 degree C room, so make sure you hydrate yourself.Class Timings:Mon 8am, 10am, 6pm Tues 8am, 6.pm Wed 8am, 10am, 6pm Thurs 8am, 6pm Fri 8am, 10am, 6pm Sat 10am, 4pm Sun 10am, 4pm Additional information:- First timers please arrive 15 mins before your class to get a briefing from the teacher. - Arrive on an empty stomach, so avoid eating a full meal 3 hours before class. - Bring water with you. Additional water bottles can be purchased at the studio. - Wear light fitting workout gear.
