...goes back to the roots of our gastronomy and and aims to collect a wide range of natural wines and pure ingredients without compromises. All our wine and ingredients are carefully selected from small producers from around the world and are pure in taste and texture. Amongst our customers we can count numerous Master Chefs, Foodies, ‘Bistronomes’, ‘Gastronomes’ and ‘Hobby Chefs’, but foremost we want to become a platform for culinary creativity. We always work directly with small local producers who can control the chain from cultivation of crops or breed, to the creation of a final product, and thus have full control over the production process with respect the ‘Terroir’ in all it’s glory.
