Biscuits and gravy are a must! Breakfast is served all day, there's a small buffet inside. Druther’s was formerly known as the chain fast food restaurant “Burger Queen” and Campbellsville has the last “Druthers Restaurant” in existence. The Royal Burger along with the rest of childhood favorite food from Druthers are still on the menu.

Kentucky Pork Producers Association named Brothers 2017 Pork Restaurant of the Year and they’ve held the #1 spot as Campbellsville’s Best Restaurant on Tripadvisor for several years now. Brothers feature a West Kentucky-inspired pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked chicken, and brisket.
