The German Arts and Culture Institute in Hanoi, with nice bar and restaurant in the backyard, art performance, film screening and other cultural activities.

Cultural institute run by German embassy. There is always some interesting events ( art exhibition, movie, talk show) are going on here, you can check schedule on web. They have lovely cafe too.
