Unique for an Irish bar, Foley's offers the best wings in Baltimore. Don't ask why, they've been voted such every year. They're closed Sundays unless the Ravens or Orioles are playing. Maryland liquor licenses are wacky. Happy hour: 4:00-7:00pm. Trivia night: Monday 8:00pm.
