Lovely square with memorial and water fountains. Ice cream parlour nearby at the theatre café.

At the Platz of the old synagogue you find the theater, the new library and many university buildings with great architecture. Take a rest at the fountain in the middle of the place and note: the fointain follows the forms of the old synagogue that was placed here before.

Hier ist immer etwas los. An diesem Platz kann man einen ersten Eindruck vom Stadtleben bekommen. Von hier aus kann man dann in unzählige Kneipen, Lokals, Theater usw. weiterziehen.
