The 90-minute Bikram Yoga class is the ORIGINAL HOT YOGA and can trace it origins back to the early 1970’s. In a genuine Bikram Yoga studio, a fully trained Bikram Yoga instructor will teach the original precise 90-minute sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, in a room heated to 40º with 40% humidity, on a suitable floor surface that helps reduce the risk of injury through slipping.
