Authentic Texas smoked barbecue. They are open until they run out, which is before lunch sometimes. Voted a top ten by Texas Monthly, if we're not smokin' it in our own backyard, we're here. Seating is limited...but this is pure finger food with a little soul thrown in!

Regularly makes the top 10 list of places to get BBQ in Texas. Our favorite things here are the rib tips (only on Tuesday and Saturday), brisket, and sausage! Closed on Sunday and Monday.

MY Favorite BBQ joint in all of BCS. He's been given numerous awards, and if you are a true Texas BBQ this place is a must. Don't be in a hurry and get there early because he often sells out.
