Chef Matteo Tagliapietra, from Burano, has an interesting CV: before arriving at Local, Matteo worked in many kitchens, from Locanda Cipriani and Hotel Bauer in Venice, to London’s Michelin starred Locanda Locatelli and Nobu, to Noma in Copenhagen. Just opened, in a less crowded part of town.
